Because we partner with several trusted print-on-demand providers—including Printful, Printify, BurgerPrints (TikTok Shop), and Amazon KDP—all products are custom printed after purchase. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizing, or color changes.
But if something isn’t right, I’m committed to helping you get it resolved—with grace and good service.
📦 For Apparel, Mugs & Accessories (Printful, Printify, BurgerPrints)
These items are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners:
- Printful (for Shopify & website orders)
- Printify (for website & Etsy orders)
- BurgerPrints (for TikTok Shop orders)
We will replace your item if:
- It arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a verified production error
To start a claim, please email:

- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If your claim is approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you.
We cannot offer returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Orders submitted with the wrong shipping address
- Shipping delays due to carrier issues
💡 Pro tip: Please double-check your size, style, and shipping info before completing checkout. I want you to love what you ordered—and avoid the stress of ordering twice!
📚 For Books (Amazon KDP Orders)
Books like “Keys & Kingdom: A Proverbs 31 Journal” are fulfilled through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). These items are printed and shipped by Amazon—not by Dana Gets You Home.
If you purchased your journal or book through Amazon:
- Please refer to Amazon’s return and refund policy
- Most books can be returned within 30 days
- Refunds or replacements are handled by Amazon directly through your account
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, Amazon usually offers a free replacement or refund—no worries.
⏳ Order Cancellations
All items are made to order. Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded.
📬 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but nowhere to be found:
- First, check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 2–3 days (sometimes packages are scanned early!)
- Then contact me at 📧 [your email] and I’ll help file a claim with the shipping provider
Please note: I cannot refund or replace packages that are marked “delivered” unless the shipping carrier confirms it was lost.
